Provenance - "A statement of any changes in ownership and custody of the resource since its creation that are significant for its authenticity, integrity and interpretation."The full text of the decision can be found online.The new term has been added to DCMI Metadata Terms and related documents, as well as to the RDF schema provided by DCMI.
