In my time at the reference desk today I added TOC and summary notes to some of our publications in Open WorldCat. See for example:
31 May 2006. It seems that the addition of a TOC or a summary in Google does appear in Yahoo. neither appear to search that text, but maybe it has yet to be spidered and indexed.
