RLG

I've recently heard that one can add a catalog to RLIN at no cost. I can't verify this anywhere on the RLG site. I'd like to do this to increase access to our unique collection and provide a backup copy of our catalog in case of disaster. Can any reader verify this? Any other union catalogs looking for contributions?
