This program looks very interesting. As metasearching becomes more common, this topic increases in importance. Wish I could be there, hope they post some abstracts or papers on-line.

The Northern Ohio Technical Services Librarians (NOTSL) presents our Spring 2004 continuing education program: "Brave New PACs: The Impact of External Searches and Browser Interfaces on Catalog Access"
