OPAC Manifesto
Lipstick on a Pig by Roy Tennant is a call-to-arms for OPAC reform. Worth a read.

Ann Richards used it to describe George Bush's economic policy. I laughed so hard Cora had to pick me up off the floor. Ann was, and still is, a great speaker.
